OK i know that i'm being a total posting whore btu i just weighed myself and i've lost 5 pounds in 3 days i'm so chuffed

You say you suffered from ana for 5 years and yet you come in here and start calling people fatwhales, no body that has gone through suffering ana would ever degrade people suffering the same disease like that. Therefore i think you need to seriously get a life rather than wasting the precious space here that could be used for support rather than your ridiculous ranting!

So my mum asked me if i was starving myself yesterday i managed to persuade her i wasn't but all of today she's been making me food. This morning she made me some toast which i managed to hide when she left the room then she made me a panini at lunch i took two bites then said i didnt like it and was tired so went to my room to avoid her giving me anything else then she made my brother eat tea with me so i ate like 5 chunks of carrot slowly then hid the rest after he left. so over all ive had like 100 cals or less today which isn't bad.
Do any of you have families like this always pestering you

I haven't eaten anything for 2 days and dropped 5 pounds but today i have like a major binge and now i feel sooo fat i went for a 2 mile jog and did a workout but now i feel sooo sick its disgusting and i cant purge any ideas ho
